For international orders, shipping charges are on actual.

Can I change the shipping address of the order?

Yes, you can change the shipping address of your order before the order has been shipped. Please email us the updated address along with your order number or contact our customer care team at the earliest.

When will my order be delivered?

The estimated delivery time will differ with each order.

Made to order products may take 4-6 weeks for production and dispatch, depending on the garment’s design and style.

Delivery within India takes 2-3 business days and internationally takes 6-7 business days depending on the location and custom clearance in the destination country.

Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step.

How do I track my order ?

Once your order is shipped, the airway bill number and courier partner name will be sent to you via email. And if you have any questions or issues with your order, we are just a phone call away or you can write us an email.
